About

GDI German Digital Infrastructure GmbH, data centre site development in Germany.

Company

GDI German Digital Infrastructure develops sites for large data centres in Germany to shovel-ready. The company takes on the pre-stage where projects in Germany fail: grid connection, land, permits, energy and heat. It does not build or operate itself and hands the site over at shovel-ready to the operator that fits it.

The siting decisions of the large operators are made in the international capital market, the grid connection is decided in Germany. GDI works at both ends: its shareholders come from the German energy industry and from the international capital market.

Details on the financing of the company will follow.
